Konrad Rzentarzewski
IT Automation and scalable infrastructure specialist, DevOps enthusiast. Experienced with Open Source. Worked as a contributor, consultant, integrator, trainer and active member of the community. In spare time seeks for web bugs, operates multirotors, does decent travel photography, collects countless gadgets and produces live video podcasting. Automates everything, ranging from web farms, to its own smart home & studio and humble bionic self.
Scalable web
Designed high-capacity BGP/ECMP load balancing and multi-tier highly available solutions, web cache, monitoring, NOC and capacity planning for sites such as Filmweb, TVN and Eurozet. Extensively used solutions such as Haproxy, Varnish and have an experience with J2EE and RoR web frameworks.
Automation
Utilised Configuration Management ecosystem since 2008 to automate deployments, provide compliance and implement IaC solutions. Worked with numerous tools, such as Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Hashicorp toolkit. Provided consultancy and both on-site and virtual trainings (in Polish and English) since 2015.
DevOps
Built and managed a team of infrastructure developers that swiftly responded to dynamic landscape of technological needs in one of the country’s biggest interactive agency (Artegence, Efigence). Embraced the Lean model and procedures such as Kanban, FMEA or Post-mortems and practiced DevOps culture in the organization.
Security
Trained as ISO 27001 auditor and developed and maintained secure infrastructure. Performed internal audits, OWAPS ASVS assessments, PCI-DSS and CIS security compliance. Developed in-house centralised logging solution (including TTY session recording) and 2FA based on Yubico and x509 smartcards.
